You have  14 calendar days  from the reception of the order to request a change for free. The options to make a exchange:

Before starting, we remind you that you can only change the size of the product, you can not change color or model. To prevent this from happening, check our size guide before buying. To proceed to a national (Spain) change, follow the following steps:

1.Send us an email to store@tanline.cc indicating the product you want to change and the one you wish to receive.
2.  Prepare the package: you can use the original package or any safe box.
3.  For free, we will send a carrier to pick up the package and deliver the desired product.

For international orders, please send the package with any courier service paid by yourself. When we receive it, we will send the correct product for free. ***For orders outside the EU, customs and taxes have to be paid by the customer.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact customer service through store@tanline.cc. Please, indicate in the mail your name, surnames and order number.

RETURNS

The process is similar. You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return. The refund will be processed free of charge if it is a tare / product in bad condition. Returns will no be accepted due to size error, only changes. To prevent this, check our size guide before buying.

You can return the item in 3 easy steps:

1. Send us an email to store@tanline.cc indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
2. Prepare the package, you can use the original shipping box or any safe box.
3. Send the package to our headquarters. This shipment will be paid by the customer. If is a product in bad condition or tarred, we pay the shipment.

For international orders, send the package with any courier service paid by yourself. As soon as we receive the package, we will proceed with the refund of the order.
